I’m Bianca, a dedicated breathwork and wellness practitioner passionate about guiding others toward holistic well-being. With extensive training in breathwork techniques and certifications from the Energy of Breath School, Breath of Gold, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I am deeply committed to helping clients unlock the transformative power of breath. Recently, I expanded my offerings with certification in the SAH Method, enhancing my ability to support each person’s unique healing journey.

As a breathwork facilitator, I create personalized sessions designed to help clients access deeper awareness, release stress, and achieve a greater sense of clarity and balance. Through tailored breathing techniques, I guide individuals to reconnect with themselves, ease emotional blocks, and find strength in the present moment. Breathwork is the core of my practice, and it remains an ever-evolving passion that I am honored to share with others.

In addition, the SAH Method brings an added layer of depth to my practice, incorporating somatic movement, guided meditation, energy alignment, and mental visualization. This holistic approach invites clients to engage the body in releasing stored emotions, accessing subconscious beliefs, and fostering powerful shifts toward healing. Through somatic work, I guide individuals in moving through and beyond emotional and physical blocks, creating space for resilience, clarity, and new, empowering perspectives. My journey began in the depths of personal struggle; for years, I grappled with anxiety, panic attacks, and severe manic depression. Self-harm and heavy medications felt like my only options until a life-changing experience propelled me into healing over a decade ago. Through immersive somatic work, I discovered the profound potential for deep healing—a journey that has transformed my life from the inside out and inspired me to guide others using breathwork and somatic practices.
