Session Descriptions

In my breathwork sessions, I primarily focus on teaching two powerful techniques: Circular Connected Breath and Gamma Breath. These methods are designed to be accessible and beneficial for individuals at all levels of experience.

While these are the main techniques I teach, I also offer additional styles for regular clients or those who are already experienced in breathwork. These advanced techniques build upon the foundational practices, allowing clients to deepen their understanding and further explore the transformative potential of their breath.

Regardless of your level of experience, every breathwork session is customized to you and your goals.

Energy Work

Energy work is a holistic practice that focuses on releasing and clearing energy blockages while balancing the flow of "ki" or life force energy. Through this process, the chakras, or energy centers within the body, are aligned and fine-tuned, promoting a harmonious flow of energy and a greater sense of overall well-being.

I offer energy work as an add-on practice to any breathwork session.

Gamma Breath

The Gamma Breath technique involves breathing patterns designed to elevate the frequency of various brainwaves, including beta, alpha, theta, and delta. By practicing these patterns, we aim to achieve a high-functioning, gamma-enhanced brainwave state that stimulates and activates multiple areas of the brain, potentially leading to an overall cognitive upgrade.

Circular Connected Breath

The Circular Connected Breath is an open-mouth technique that involves taking slow, deep, and full breaths in and out. This method can assist you in addressing challenging thoughts, emotions, and experiences, and can potentially facilitate profound healing. By practicing this technique, you create the opportunity to respond with intention and cultivate a more open-minded perspective.
